MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications or related field
• 2-4 years newsroom producer experience
• Experience with video editing equipment
• Demonstrated strong oral/writing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet daily newscast deadlines

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Write and produce material for news broadcast show(s)
• Work with anchors, reporters, photographers and other newsroom personnel to gather information for on-air delivery
• Assign photographers and reporters to cover breaking news events
• Edit video tape footage
